Action in the district court for Hennepin county for personal injuries sustained in a collision between the car of defendant Bartlett, in which plaintiff was a passenger, and that of defendant Karnstedt. The case was tried before John A. Weeks, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiff for $48,861.75 against both defendants. The court granted defendant Bartletts motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and denied defendant Karnstedts motion for a new trial, and defendant Karnstedt appealed from both orders and from the judgment entered.
